Need help with a ring

This ring was actually in AD&D (not 3.0 or later) but somehow ended up in a module for 3.x (World's Largest Dungeon) - and I'm running the campaign in Pathfinder. You gotta love that level of bugginess, it reminds me of '70s D&D products.

Ring of Warmth: This ring provides its wearer with body heat even in conditions of extreme cold where the wearer has no clothing whatsoever. It also restores damage caused by cold at the rate of one point per turn. It provides a saving throw bonus of +2 versus cold-based attacks, and reduces damage sustained by -1 per die.
Any suggestions of how to simulate this in HL for Pathfinder, either through a custom item or through adjustments to the character?

It appears to been one of those deceptively simple items from AD&D that couldn't be quantified in D20's change over to handling stuff via DR, and therefore not converted.

Even if it is a user-made item I can import that combines elements of a Ring of Energy Resistance (minor) and Endure Elements, some help would be appreciated. Because, frankly, I can't code worth a damn.

I would say a custom magic item in the editor, as a situational bonus. Try taking a look at the feat Steel Soul for how to script one. I'm away from my HL, but that should get you started.
