Need Help Scripting Familiar Bonus

I've got everything else complete, but I have no idea how to use the editor to provide this bonus:

"The master of a raven familiar gains a +3 bonus on Appraise checks."
 
Make a copy of any familiar race which grants a skill bonus to the master (like a Cat), and look at the eval scrips on the race. There should be one you can adapt to your needs.
