Need help locating something

Hello, I am trying to make a lycanthrope creature as an NPC villan and can't seem to find how I do this!

Any help appreciated
 
For race select whichever race (Background tab) is the base humanoid race.

Then switch to the Classes tab - and apply the template Lycanthrope (which is listed as WereXXX, afflicted/natural).

The search bar at the top is great for that - I typed in lycanthrope and it pulled up all the WereXs.
