Necron Unit Fixes

I'm pretty much all thumbs with the datafiles right now (but improving) or I'd just submit a new one to the Star Gods of the .dat, but I'll point out two noted omissions in the Necron file:

1) Obelisk is missing
2) Transcendent C'Tan appears as a vehicle in the stat line, matching the T. Vault, rather than a Gargantuan Creature.
