Necromunda Ash Waste Nomads problem

I am getting a conflict alert when I add Experience Points to my
gangers at the 16 XP level. AW Nomads do not get an advance at 16XP
like regular gangs. How do I fix this?

Use the 'contact data file author' option under the Help menu to report
this bug to the data file author. Hopefully he can get it fixed when he
next updates the files.
