Naga racial HD

Based on my reading of the Pathfinder Naga races, I would expect adding Hit Dice to a Naga would increase its Sorcerer Caster Level, but HL does not do this. Is there any way to add this on separately from the Hit Dice, or will I need to make a custom template for this?
 
Instead of adding a plain HD, add a level of Sorcerer instead. It will stack with the naga's racial casting ability (I've just tried it with a spirit naga and it works fine).
 
@TopCat, yes this works, but it also adds bloodlines and other baggage I don't think is appropriate. I *only* want to increase the caster level (with the appropriate increases to spells known, etc).

@ShadowChemosh, there is an option for this, but it appears to only work with classes, not with racial spells. The drop-down doesn't give me anything to select.
 
So I created a custom Adjustment for Racial Caster Level to allow me to modify this. I may eventually go back to using regular class levels rather than hit dice, but at least I have the option.
