I was going through trying to use AB 3.1a #87 with the 1.11 data files for W40k and ran into a quirk.. dunno if it's me or not, but I'll let you guys tell me:

1. add a unit of chaos space marines (squad Attacks: 1/2)
2. add mark of khorne to the unit (squad Attacks: 1/3)
3. check Upgrade to Chainaxe (squad Attacks: 1/3)
4. add a Aspiring Champion to the squad (AC Attacks: 2/4)
5. there is an option issue here due to the squad chainaxe option and the default bolt pistol/ccw, so we uncheck the ccw as chainaxe is selected. (AC Attacks: 2/3)

is it me, or should the AC still be listed at 2/4 attacks when it has a chainaxe and bolt pistol?

and just because I'm a n00b, the differing values in the attacks column represent the base and the total modified values right?

Or does it represent ranged vs melee attacks? if ranged vs melee, then wouldn't the +1 attack from Blood Frenzy count for both melee and ranged? the codex text states "Gains +1 Attack."

also, a charging unit still gains +1 on top of the above correct?

AC bit is a bug, will sort for next release

bonus for 2 CCW is only for close combat not ranged attacks

correct - the second number is the attacks gained for additions, i.e. extra CCW, MoK etc

charging - correct
