I have checked my Spam filters..

It has been a while since I have made my last few request and I will try again. But any assistance would be nice. I had to reinstall to my iPad and I need my license keys.

Double check that 'wolflair.com' is on your allowed senders list. Emails from them may be deleted before you see them if it's not.

Yes, I have been caught out this way, why do you ask?

If you have HL installed on your desktop you can start it and go to "License->Send my licenses to me..." and it should have a "name" now for each device so you can figure out what is your iPad license.

Hi there. It looks like you emailed us back on October 14 and again late last night. Dave responded to your support ticket in October, and I've just responded to your email from last night. As Dave's response was from over a month ago, it's unlikely that it would still be in your spam folder.

If you're using an email application to read your email (Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.), please go to the gmail web client to check your spam folder. My response should be from tracker@wolflair.com.
