I'm trying to add an alchemist discovery that grants a bonus to some skills while the mutagen is activated. I've tried to mimic the Feral Mutagen ability but I can't seem to figure out how to have the skills only active when the mutagen is active. Any tips? Thanks.

Custom.Mutate is assigned at First 450, so you can even use it for bootstrap conditions.
