Mutagen

You'll find the physical item representing a created mutagen on the magic tab - add the appropriate version of that item, and it has the activations for the mutagen.

I see, it does not show up on the in-play tab unless I add a Mutagen item as Magic gear.

Edit: The Duration is wrong on the item.
