Multiple Skaven Issues

Just some things I noticed on the new Skaven rules.

#1) Clan rats have light armor and shield, yet AB shows them as being given a 4+ base armor save. Light armor + shield should be 5+.

#2) A plague Priest on a Plague furnace is shown as being given a 4+ ward save. The 4+ ward save is only given to a Grey seer on a screaming bell and should not be extended to the Plague Priest. ( Protection of the horned rat rule, which the bell provides and the furnace does not. The furnace version is Icon of the horned rat which makes all models in the unit resistant to the poison sent out by the furnace. )

#3) Jezzail teams are listed as being Skirmishers, but the new book makes no mention of it. Also on the Jezzails, the rules state that the large pavise grants " a protective 4+ armor save" AB has it listed that this is only against ranged attacks. But the rules do not make such a distinction.

#4) Additional Packmasters for units of rat ogres are listed in the book at 8 points a piece. Army Builder gives them to you for free. Generous : )

Also, the Scavenge-Pile items are not supposed to be counted against a character's magic items points limit. Can this be fixed?
 
Censor bearers are for some reason capped at 10, or 9 if you include a chanter.
Also warlord and chieftan cannot choose any magic armor.
