Monstrous Mount Missing?

I'm designing a character that has need of the mostrous mount feat, so I bought the inner sea combat pack. However, when I look in my feat list, monstrous mount is not there. Monstrous mount Mastery is there, but not Monstrous mount. If anyone has any idea why this might be, I'd be very appreciative.

Double check in the Configure Hero form that you have Inner Sea Combat enabled for this character. It looks like Monstrous mount mastery is the bugged item, as it is missing the ISC source.
