Modify Racial Starting Languages

I added D&D today to my HL. I quickly found a few issues.

I play intermittently in a few different games. Starting languages are different, for example, in two different campaigns, there is no language "common".

Anyone know how I can adjust that?
 
Either the word "hidden" means different things to me, or that is busted. "Common" still prints on the character sheet, even when "hidden". Off to submit a bug report.
