missing versatile heritages

hello, I've purchased the Ancestry guide, turned it on in settings, and made sure I'm not creating a PFS character, yet I don't seem to have access to versatile heritages. Is there another setting I need to adjust? thank you
 
On your Ancestry Heritage choices, do you have "Hide if GM approval needed" checked, or Validation Levels Shown set to "Hide All Validations"? Either of those will hide Versatile Heritages.
