Missing Spells and Feats

I'm trying to build my player's characters in Herolab so I may export them into Roll20 easier but am unable to find a number of Feats and Spells I require, I have bought the data packages that SHOULD contain what I require, yet they are still missing.

I cannot find the following:
Cornugon Smash - should be in Player companion Regions #2?
Martial Dominance - should be in Ultimate Intrigue
Barbed Chains - should be in Horror Adventures
Controlled Fireball - should be in Ultimate Intrigue
Disfiguring Touch - should be in Ultimate Magic
Horrific Doubles - should be in Horror Adventures
Earth Tremor - should be in Ultimate Wilderness
Excruciating Deformation - should be in Ultimate Magic


I purchased these books in Herolab yesterday and these options are still not available. Am I missing a synchronisation step? Or did I just completely waste my money? And if I did waste my money, how do I demand a refund? :mad:
 
Hello,

It sounds like one of three things is happening. The first is to make sure you Reactivated your software. Second, you want to check the Character you're working from and open the Character > Configure Hero Settings to ensure that the sourcebooks are enabled.

If you are still not seeing the options become available after you've ensured the source is enabled you may have something deeper going on and I'd encourage you to email us at the support desk so we can start troubleshooting more directly.
