Missing flamethrower tanks in the Soviet period lists?

I'm trying to build a Barbarossa list, but I can't spot the OT26 and OT133. The lister in the book says all T26 variants are available. Checked other period lists, and not available t=in others either.

The T34 has its flamethrower option.
