Missing data files?

OKay, I'm getting a number of errors on the iPad version of Herolab with imported characters.

1. "One or more required sources are not accessible for hero "Leicus". Subsequent errors may be the result of this problem."

2. I have a mount (Bison, Combat Trained) that when I added him came right up with all of the stats. Somewhere along the way the details for that mount vanished and I get validation errors and no longer have the stats for the mount. Its from Animal Archives, which is/was included with Pathfinder RPG Companion #10.

3. I was getting a couple of other error messages saying data packs were missing but those seem to have gone away now. Maybe with the last update?

Any suggestions on how to figure out what might be missing or why it went missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It is checked. Honestly when I read that I was thinking that must have been the problem but it is checked off.

Could you put this in as a bug report, please, and when it gives you an automated "we received your report" type of message, reply to that with the character you're seeing this on? That way I can take a look at what's happening here.

Same thing

Am having the same thing happening to me. Specifically when I am trying to open a "Bloodrager" on my ipad. I've already logged the ticket

I'm running into this problem as well. Specifically when I try to import a bloodrager.

I can create the character on my home pc, but on my ipad it's as if I haven't purchased the data package (which I have). When I try to import it, nothing but error messages about missing data files

When you get the error message, you'll be able to right-click it and copy it. Please report this as a bug using the link ShadowChemosh posted earlier, and please include the full text of the error message.
