Misc Monster stock files

When I try to open one of the Misc Monster .stock files, I get endless (ok, I didn't count, but it seemed like every entry) something about xScent and bootstrap.

Can somebody duplicate the issue.

Or is this not even HL specific, meaning are the Misc Monster .stock files Community files, in which case, pay no attention to this message.

Can you list the exact file your opening. Its hard to figure out from "Misc Monster Stock File". As the CB has allot of monster stock files but so does the core HL files.
 
The file I'm opening is:
Miscellaneous Monsters (?-?).stock

This is an example of what I'm seeing:

Chained pick 'xScent' has been orphaned due to missing bootstrap in batch '440'
 
Removed all community files and no longer have the issue I stated above.

Trick was trying to figure out what they all were!

Have seen this very same error several times tonight, while loading stock monster files as well. Each time I tried to load a bear I got this error message. It still loaded the bear just fine after I cleared the error message though.
