minimum of 3 nobz?

new user here - trying to build an Ork wh40k army. I have 5 nobz. When I select nobz, i get a message that I need a minimum of 3. I have added all 5 but they are still red and not counting to my points. any help?
 
As I'm not at your screen with you, I'm guessing that when you are 'adding' the Nobz, you are adding from the 'Available Units' section of the screen? When you add Nobz, what you need to do is look to the right where all the options are, there's a button with a star in it for actually adding nobs to the unit, if you've got at least 3 of those (or one, which you increase its number for if theyre all going to be equipped exactly the same... increasing the number is done with the + and - key above cost of the units in the active roster).
 
Not a problem. There are a number of units that operate like that, but not all do. Just keep and eye out, and you'll figure them out pretty quickly.
