messed up Source

so i was creating a new source to tag my work in and i made a mistake. i can't seem to find any way to edit or delete the messed up source. is there a way?
 
Find everything you've created with that source, and delete it from those items. Once there's no data that has that source, then you can reload Hero Lab and the source will be gone.
