Mechanics Energy Shield Not Resetting

Was experimenting with the Energy Shield and it works for absorbing damage before Stamina when active but I cannot find a way to reset it.

I've tried all the Rest and Recharge options but no success so far, am I missing something?
 
It should be resetting when you use the 10-Minute Rest option, so I think we've got a bug there. I'll add it to our todo list.
