Mecha & Manga parent rulesets

Given that Meche & Manga contains a lot more rules and options than the typical M&M handbook I was thinking that dividing them into multiple sources based on the chapter (like Worlds of Freedom) might be useful. So that there will be a general section, a Mecha section, a Pet section and an Marital Arts section.
