Max number of campaigns and players in them

What I remember is that Patrons can have four Campaigns active at once, with up to 11 players in each. I don't know of any way to increase it.
 
I would love it if they would give us a way to give them more money so we can have more slots.

I know four seems like plenty, but I'm currently a GM in five campaigns, and I host the campaign for a sixth. I'm constantly bouncing around my patron slots when it's game time, which is super annoying. And I'm not even a paid GM! I imagine they have even more campaigns to juggle!
