Mass Class Skills

I've got a custom ability that makes all skills class skills. So I tried this:

foreach pick in hero from BaseSkill
#makeclassskill[eachpick]
nexteach

but I'm getting an error on each pick.

Any ideas?
 
Don't bards do something similar? Could you look at their Jack of All Trades class ability to tease out how it's done?
