March compendium update released

Ah! Yes, it turns out the RPGA rules were the problem. Back when they were initially released, the Hybrid classes were disallowed under RPGA settings; I believe that as of the updates in Dragon # 383, they're now legal. I'll fix this in the April release of the 4e files.
