Manually duplicate a realm?

I thought I read sometime back that you could manually duplicate a realm on your PC. As I could not find anything with a search this may be wishful thinking on my part. I just finished entering the inner sea world guide (875 topics) and would like to duplicate it BEFORE i start entering AP content to it. I know this will be able to be done within RWs once the content market is launched.....but who knows when that will be.
 
Reusing a realm by sharing it with yourself will need the Content Market, while duplicating a realm will (apparently) require XML export. Sorry.
