Making NPCs Issue

I've been trying to quickly build a Drow Operative (Pilot) NPC rather than building a full Hero character. Is there a way to load the Drow race into the NPC build without having to select either the Enforcer or the Noble? There is no way to remove their default array or class graft. I can suppress the Combatant array, but am stuck with Soldier as a class graft. I don't see a means of suppressing the class. Thought I would put this to the community and see if I was forgetting a step somewhere.
 
Start with the custom race, add humanoid as the type graft, and elf as a subtype, and then choose Drow as the specific type of elf. Then you can add whatever arrays and classes you want.
