Making a Wonderous

I am having trouble making a wondrous item that is 'uses per day', is there a tutorial?
I can make an equipable item but this eludes Me.
 
Go down to the Charge Information section. Put your number of uses in the Total Charges field and select "/day" in the Usage Period drop down. You may want to click the Show in Tracked Resources List box if you want the uses to show up in the In-Play tab of the character who has the item.
