Making a True Necromancer (Libris Mortis)

I'm trying to figure out a way to use HL to create a True Necromancer. Is this possible, and if not, will there be any forthcoming updates to support such a class?
 
It's certainly possible. I think I remember someone doing that one already.

True Necromancer isn't in the core, which means it's beyond our reach, sorry.
