making a new class count as another class

i just picked up the spell less ranger from open design, and would like to have it count as ranger for purposes of what archetypes are available. is there any way to do this easily?
 
On the top-right of page that lists all the threads, find the "Search this Forum" option - I know there are already several threads here about the spell-less ranger class, so I'd recommend starting with the work that's already been done in order to build this class.
