Magical Lineage / Wayang Spellhunter

When adding these two traits to a generated character it doesn't seem to allow you to actually memorize them with a meta-magic cost reduction.
Is this a known bug or am I missing something obvious?

In the drop down list of spells on the trait can show the spell twice or more. In example "Burning Hands" is listed twice. The 1st one works for the wizard but if you select the 2nd one it won't. So their maybe a bit of a trial & error to get it to work but it does work.

So if the spell is listed multiple times you will have to try each one to see which one actually is for your class and correctly reduces the spell metamagic.

I sort of wish they had done a second drop down on the trait to pick your class so that the list of spells would ONLY be for the specific class.

Thanks Shadow!

So I went back and checked the spells that I had selected and found that when selecting the topmost version of the spell that it worked for Magical Lineage.
However, I tried to apply Shocking Grasp to Wayang Spellhunter and found that there was only one version of it listed in the wizards list. When picked, Intensified still is applying it's +1 metamagic cost.

Also finding that it seems to be clashing with Spell Focus and Spell Perfection.
The spell is memorized in a 6th level slot and has a DC of 30. But when metamagic is applied and it's boosted to a 7th level slow it actually dropped somehow to 29.
