Magical Armor and Masterwork

(running off latest 5.0 dataset)

Created a set of +1 Studded Leather armor and a Armor Check penalty of -1 is applied - but since this is automatically Masterwork, shouldn't the penalty be 0?

If you create just a set of masterwork studded leather armor, the penalty is 0.

Or am I just not seeing something :)
