Magic item errors

The cost for war banner is wrong. It is listed as 25, but it is really 35.
The cost for enchanted shield is wrong. It is listed as 15, but it is really 5.
 
It depends on the army book. The price for the common magic item in the army book still controls the cost of common magic items carried over from 7th edition. I had the same issue originally when 8th edition first came out.

Please re-read the Magic Item selection rules on p.500 of the BRB (p.178 of the Island of Blood rulebook).

sound like you play vampire counts. Basically if the item is listed in both your army book adn the main rulebook you use the ruels from the main rulebook but the points cost from your armybook.
