Magic Item Error

When adding a Neclace Of Fireballs to a character who is all ready wearing another necklace, it creates a error.

The validation report states, "too many items".

Per the DMG page 214, under Magic Items on the Body, the last section states the Necklace of Fireballs can be worn without taking up a body slot.

Just though you would like to know.
