Magic bow + close combat weapon

I should be able to have a HE Reaver bow and a second hand weapon, but I get a verification failure for having both a magic and a normal weapon
 
keep in mind that we're still using the old list of Wood elves in this armylist... This may be the cause of the error - I don't know WE rules
