Mac bug? refresh issue with custom items

I've linked to a google drive MOV file that shows exactly what's happening on my Mac. I've seen this problem under separate installations (on the same Mac). Both were running 10.11.x and HeroLab 7.6b.

When any of the checkboxes on a "custom" item (armor, weapon & magic), the price field doesn't refresh properly.

I don't see this happening on my Windows installations. Please don't advise me to reinstall the application or operating system. I know this is not the issue.

I wasn't going to suggest doing that, but I'm curious to know how you have determined that none of the install files could possibly have been messed up? I presume you've run checksums against each file as it exists now and compared them to the checksums from the files when they were initially installed? (That's how I'd do it.)

Checked this on my mac and replicate the same issue exactly on Sierra (10.12.x) with Herolab 7.6b.

Fully updated HL, completely new portfolio, same behaviour as in the video.
