Lost Character Data

Anybody else having issues with lost data in your created characters? I built out a PC from one of my campaigns from scratch a few hours ago and loaded it up to show somebody the usefulness of the platform, and all the data is gone except the skill points and gear. Class levels, race, ability scores, feats, animal companion, all gone. One of my players reports something similar in his usage. Guarantee I won't be able to convince anyone to use this platform if this is a thing that happens, even pen and paper is better than this.
 
Please report this to support@wolflair.com, so that we can follow up and ask for more details. As much history as to what happened and when that you can give us is critical, because we need to be able to figure out what the circumstances were that caused this. For example, what type of account do you have - standard, patron, or apprentice, and if you're an apprentice, we want to be able to track exactly where this character was in the campaign at each of the times where you opened it, and whether it's possible that the second load was within your own account (outside the campaign).

This issue persists, and while the dev team is attempting to resolve the issue, I cannot in good conscience recommend spending any real amount of time in this product until it's been fixed.
 
As an update, no further character data has been lost and the issue appears to have been fixed.
