Looking for the various kits available in the game

So i need to buy a mess kit and well none of the kits are available for it. Its a basic thing almost full core. I would assumed that it would come with the data packs I bought initially. not to mention the 3 or 4 addons packs. I'm having a hard time making a basic character with nearly basic stuff and I'm feeling like i have to buy a different pack for one single item. I love this software. Its awesome. But its a money sink I cannot do anymore. 50 bucks outta the gate I can handle. More than that. Its just not worth it when you likely wont use 50% of the stuff in the packs. :(

So that said... Where are the adventure kits, the mess kits, the crafting kits.......

Do you have the Ultimate Equipment package add on? And if so, is it activated in your portfolio? They should appear under the gear tab if you have the add on package for the book

Well after looking, i dont have that. looks like i gotta buy more stuff to make a basic character. Thanks for the info have a great day and really thanks for the help.

You do know you can add the items you want in the Editor. Save a lot of money that way when you do it yourself.

To be honest, if you have the book, it's just as easy to deduct the money on journal tab and just add the items manually. There aren't very many kits that need to be added, because the way the kits were coded, you buy the kit, and then add all the individual items for free. There wasn't a work around for bootstrapping items that could be 'consumed' so the kits don't actually add the items for you. This is a known bug that has yet to be fixed.

There is now and "Auto-adds" option. So far I have only seen it used in Mutants and Masterminds, where you pick a power and it gives you a bunch of powers and mods at certain levels. It might be able to be used to fix the kits so that they will auto-add the items to the character. I do not know if you can remove something later on after it has been added, which would be the problem.

As far as I understand while Auto-Add was needed for M&M it was also suppose to fix the "Kits" issue in Pathfinder.

So hopefully some example kits with Auto-Add will get included as I have some good uses for such a feature. :)

That is an update that I can't wait to get. Adding the individual items isn't bad, but this will speed things up tremendously.

And a Thank you to the Lone Wolf folks. The kits worked wonderfuly. I know I appreciate them working now. :-)
