M&M 3rd ed. Looking for Hero Lab programmer for new content

Do you know how to create new data files for Hero Lab? If so, Misfit Studios is looking for someone who can create data files for its major rules releases (Better Mousetrap 3e, Metahuman Martial Arts 3e) to accompany those products.

This is a paid job (email trustrum AT misfit-studios DOT com to discuss price.) Even if you do not have the time to do it yourself, we will pay for you to consult and help us do it ourselves.

Things to be included in the data files:

Better Mousetrap
- new skills
- new advantages
- new archetypes
- new HQ features
- (alternative HQ building system -- don't know if this one is possible)
- new equipment

Metahuman Martial arts
- new skills
- new advantages
- new archetypes
- new HQ features
- new power builds (martial arts maneuvers)
- new rules regarding how to handle martial arts (e.g., stances)
- new equipment
 
You still looking for someone to do this? I have done some Hero Lab stuff before, but this would be entirely self-serving as I was looking into integrating Better Mousetrap myself for use in my ongoing campaign.

I'm eager to do it. And if I don't know how to do something, I will learn.
