Long limbs not working

I have a level 7 sorcerer tier 2 mythic character. Hero lab says that I do not meet requirements for my level 3 bloodline power long limbs. Does anyone know how I can fix it or is it a bug?

If you think something might be a bug, even if you're not sure, you can report it to our automated system (linked in a sticky thread above) and we'll work it out with you. It would be helpful if you included the portfolio showing the issue with your report.
