So far I have not heard when any of the Lone Wolf supplied content will be available. Such as "The Grande Temple of Jing" and such.

Is there any word on when these will be made? I actually want to see how Lone Wolf puts together a 'realm' as mine seems to be just "everything thrown into something".
 
They content is being worked on. However, distributing all of the Kickstarter rewards to the backers will require content sharing to be implemented. As we've mentioned in past updates, we're focusing on Player Edition first. The Content Market is coming, but we don't have a specific ETA yet. I hope that clarifies things. :)
