I purchased army builder from local store for my kids about a year ago and installed it and got the license. We used it several times with no problem and than with school and such just started to use it again and it denies our license. How do I find out when and if my license expired and how to renew. When i try to get license info from the program it keeps saying it can't access the internet. We have tried for over a week with still no luck. We have triple checked all our security functions and this is the only program that won't access the internet. HELP
