I sent an email to support@wolflair.com on 7/12, and received the auto-reply, but nothing further. Just wanted to make sure it was being taken care of.

I purchased the online download version of Army Builder on 04/08/09
(Order#: 43647) and installed it to my computer. Unfortunately, I
almost immediately upgraded my system, with a new hard drive and clean
install, and when I installed the program for a second time, I used
the second license allowed. Unfortunately I just recently had a
problem and had to do another clean install of a new windows version.

I still only use the software on one PC, but both of my licenses are
locked to versions of my PC which no longer exist. Could I please get
at least one unlocked, so I can use the software? Thanks much!

Hi Craig,

I just checked with Nancy about this. It turns out that she has started using a new method for handling support emails to better handle users who send multiple emails with supplemental information. Unfortunately, there was a hole in that new system and your email fell through the crack. She's getting back to you right now, and we hopefully have that hole plugged now. :-)
