license reactivation issue

the laptop i had army builder on died, and i have a new one. i wrote lone wolf a couple days ago to get the 120 day reactivation limit waived (is there a reason for that?).

anyone know about how long it takes to get a response?
 
The email address for technical support queries like this is support@wolflair.com. If you sent an email there, you should have received an autoresponse with our usual turnaround time (which I believe is 3 days). If you didn't see that response, please check your spam folder, as it's possible that your answer from technical support has gone in there as well.
