License Issue Not In Other Threads

Hi. First off, I would like to say that Army Builder has become not only a convenient tool but a necessary one as well when constructing and organizing an army for a game such as Warhammer 40k.

Now, as for my issue... In April, I reactivated an old subscription for one year. I had one license on my desktop and one on my laptop. However, in May, both computers showed the subscription as being expired. Since, my laptop has crashed and has yet to be replaced. My desktop is having unrelated issues and could need to be replaced soon. Regardless, as of now, my subscription is still showing as expired. The FAQ section said I may need to ask for an early transfer... whatever it is called... dealing with the 120 day policy. While this seems unlikely as I did not change computers after renewing my subscription... the desktop is a different machine than when I originally had my subscription a couple years ago. So, maybe.

I did submit a request for an early license transfer but included a description of the situation in case that was not the issue. It was submitted via the link for such requests. I did get an auto-response but nothing further. I do receive the newsletters and auto-response just fine plus watch the junk folder (that's where the auto-response was) but nothing else is there. Before I resubmit my request, am I missing something that would be an obvious problem? I know I am going to have issues when I replace my laptop and if I have to replace my desktop soon, but I will cross those bridges later. For now, I just want my subscription to work on the desktop I have. Thanks in advance for any advice or info anyone can share.

This is still all I have received in either location.

Hi Gvork,

Please check your spam filter - the message may have been caught there. Also, try activating your license again - it's possible that we handled it and emailed you, but the message never arrived somehow. If you still have no luck, please email me at colen@wolflair.com and I'll look into it.

You may delete this thread. This issue has been explained. I thank you Colen for your prompt replies. While I now understand the information provided in the link, I cannot help but feel the policy ...nah, I am not going to complain. I will simply choose to stop supporting the product and won't turn around and sink more money into this product especially since I've already lost more months on what would be an additional less-than-a-year subscription. You do have a good product though.
