I recently installed MS Visual Studio NET 2003 on my machine. Now,
I'm being told by Card Vault that the details of my machine has
changed and I need to reassign the license. Unfortunetely, it's been
less than 90 days since I bought the license. Is there anything I can
do? I'd be to be locked out of the program for 1/4th of my purchased
time.

This is a solution. Use the second license if you have not already.

Yes with the purchase of card vault you get two licences
on the front page of www.lonewolfdevel.com there is an option for
"request secondary license". The intended use of this license is so that
you can install Card Vault on a laptop or a second computer. There
should be no problems using this as a solution for Javier Heredia but
I'm not a developer for Card Vault.

The easy solution, as someone else already suggested, is just to use your
second license (which you can activate at www.lonewolfdevel.com). If you're
using that already, email us at support@wolflair.com and we'll see what we
can do.

Send an email to support@wolflair.com, outlining the problem and including
your license number. We can get your license unlocked and get you running
pretty quickly.

Sheesh! Leave it Microsoft to have their development tools make fundamental
changes to operating system settings that, by Microsoft's own
specifications, are NOT to be modified by ANY other tools or products. As
usual, Microsoft's rules don't apply to Microsoft. Wonderful.... :-(

The secondary license is outlined in the license agreement during the
wizard users must go through to unlock CV. It's also outlined on the main
website at www.wolflair.com and on the license administration site
previously mentioned (www.lonewolfdevel.com). All copies of Card Vault
includes a FREE secondary license that allows users to install the product
on a second computer, such as a laptop, work system, etc. We want to
control piracy through the licensing, but we also want to be reasonable
about things. :-)

You simply need to request the secondary license on the license admin site.
It is issued automatically.

Hope this helps,
Rob
