So...once you buy a Player license (or pack of them), where can you go to find/retrieve/view them?

I bought them about a year ago and now don't remember where they are or how to use them?

Mine were emailed to me and I stored them in OneNote where I keep that kind of thing and also printed them off just in case something happened to my online copy.

Belt and braces approach, but it's saved me more than once from having no evidence that I bought something.

If you've lost the activation codes, submit a support ticket outlining the problem and providing as many details as you can to help us locate the information. Except in extreme circumstances, we should be able to chase down the codes for you if we have enough information to find them. :)

Thanks Rob. I should have had the email but can't find it. I opened a support ticket. I wasn't sure if there was a online webpage I was just missing like there is for Hero Lab.

With Realm Works, there's no ongoing need for a license number after the account is created (unlike Hero Lab), so an automated system isn't really needed. I think you're only the second person who's misplaced the codes (that I'm aware of), so it's a rare situation. :)

Oh no. Not only did one of my players lose his player license number he forogt his user id and password and which email address he used. So finally he decided to just buy the GM version of RW and setup a whole new account. :)

Some days as a DM I am just happy when my players remember to bring dice.... :D

well that is true, i guess since it's not tie to a pc like hero lab you never have transfer or redo the license.

So i just put the license numbers in my Realm Works mechanics section so won't loose em now :)
