licence issue

Hmmm. Please be careful with posts that might be interpreted as alarmist by some people. Your first contact to us about the missing license email was sent at almost the exact same time as you made this post. That was about 5 hours ago, so it's not like we're taking forever to respond. Furthermore, our server logs show that your order was placed less than 36 hours ago. That means not much more than 30 hours had elapsed when you made this post (i.e. substantially less than 48). Now onto the question at hand....

When an order is completed, the license and order confirmation receipt emails are sent IMMEDIATELY to the email address provided. It's all done automatically by our licensing server. If the license email didn't get through to you, it was most likely interpreted as spam by your spam filter. We flag this possibility within the receipt email and recommend that you check the folder where spam emails are placed. For users of free web-based email, many of those services have their own spam filtering mechanisms that you may need to configure properly to allow the license through.

Re-sending everything again will simply yield the exact same result until you re-configure your email to allow the license through. With luck, the original email can be found in your spam folder. Otherwise, contact support@wolflair.com after you've re-configured things, at which point we can send everything to you one more time.

An email with the above information was also sent to you directly in response to your inquiry.
