Licence For Hero Lab

Hi All

Im trying to set up a new PC at home after my previous one died. Ive tried for over a week through several emails to get my licences for Hero Lab from Wolf Lair via the support email address but so far no response :-(

Ive tried requesting my licences via the Licence Management link and had nothing either. Ive just tried again in the last hour and still nothing.

Any ideas ?
 
Have you checked the spam folder of your e-mail provider?

I have to regularly check on the web page of Virgin Media to see if they have stopped e-mails getting delivered to Outlook on my home PC.
 
Yep tried that. ive made sure nothing is blocked. The emails i sent about 4pm today have had no response either :-(

This forum post will help but I am going to go with the fact that the HL servers and support staff HAVE responded to you. So you need to keep looking into your spam settings both on your PC and on your Mail Server settings. ONE of those is stopping the emails.

If you use something like "outlost" on your PC that is ONE side and then you still have to check the settings on the Mail Server on the internet. It will have its own settings for blocking emails.

Hiya - you could be correct but ive never known any licence emails etc in the past from the Wolf Lair crew ever have a problem. I will keep checking but im hoping i can get this resolved soon !
