Librarian Data File problem

recently updated for 5th edit 40k
The new Entry for Terminator Librarian has no epistolary option like the librarian in power armour... see no reason in the codex why you cant do this... and ive been previously been running one this way...
did it jus get missed / something wrong my AB / option no longer exists?
